Mountainside is one of three golf courses that are located in the small resort town of Fairmont Hotsprings. Probably not as well known as its sister course, Riverside, the views on this property are fantastic. Awarded Canadian Golf Course of the year in 1998 this beautiful layout has earned numerous accolades and numerous return clients. The Columbia River plays a large part in the design of this great challenge as its waters flow through a large portion of the holes. The par 3 fifth hole is a challenging hole that forces the back tees to go over the water twice. The par 5 13th hole is shaped like a horseshoe and you'll need to be sitting on one to make birdie here.

Yet again Les Furber displays his ability to be in tune with the property he is designing. The Springs at Radium is a favourite throughout BC and Alberta and has the loyal return guests to prove it. Beautiful views of the mountains, hoodoos and marshlands captivate the eye and make it hard to concentrate on your round. The 6th hole is a smiley faced par 3's with the 13th demanding a carry over a ravine but none will forget the demanding 17th.
